4 Steps to Full Potential
Our experience and research concludes that successful businesses and organizations constantly create their future and develop plans, structures, systems and processes to deliver their services, products and promises.
We created a unique process that our clients can use to on goingly develop themselves to their full potential. We call it the “4 Steps to Full Potential ™” process. The following is an over of the process:
- First step: create your vision with the “PGS (Passion, Geniuses, Service) Vision Creator™” process, which takes asking the following three questions:
- First, what is my passion?
- Second, what are my geniuses?
- This will be further developed as we implement the strategy of building teams focusing on each member’s unique genius through the “Genius Team ™” process.
- Third, following my passion, using my genius, who can I serve and how can I serve?
- During the process, we will be confronted with our “yes, but…,” we will write them down and exam their validity.
- Second step: create “Unique Processes ™.”
- Once you have defined who you want to serve and how you can create value for them. You then create a unique process-a package consists of your unique concepts, images, strategies, processes, systems and tools that literally create a market that is unique, yours, and can be expanded quickly.
- For example, in our case, we created this “4 steps to Full Potential ™” process. We document it in movies, training materials, books, speeches etc. so our clients can quickly and easily apply to their businesses.
- In your case, it may be your brand, images, cultures, compensation plans, hiring manual, and training manuals, service delivery process and operation processes, and marketing plans etc.
- One of the strategies we use here is creating intellectual capital, which is really for marketing rather than competition. In our case, We trade mark our “4 steps to Full Potential ™” and “Reverse Planning Process ™.” One of our commitments is constant innovation. So as we will coach you to create and perfect processes of your businesses and then use licensing your processes as a business development strategy. This works for both for profit and non profit organizations.
- Third step: make a plan (MAP) using the “Reserve Planning Process ™.”
- In this step, you first declare who you are in the world as your passion-the why.
- You then declare who you are in your vision (niche) you serve-the path, the how.
- Then declare how it looks like when you are wildly successful in your area.
- Then declare your wildly successful state as your third year accomplishment.
- Then expand the details of what you will accomplish in the third year.
- Then declare what you will accomplish in your second year.
- Then declare what you will accomplish in the first year.
- Then declare what you will accomplish in the first 90 days, second 90 days, third 90 days, and fourth 90 days.
- One important part of this step is you use vivid displays, milestones, writing, sharing etc to make the game in existence and create relationships, alliances etc. The more you share, the more you gain clarity, feel free to adjust. Keep yourself open, and enjoy the process.
- Another important aspect of this step is taking your entire life into consideration as a whole-your relationships, your family responsibilities; you will create some specific plans and structures around your time, relationships, and finances.
- With financial planning, we will use the “Simple Holistic Reverse Financial Planning ™”process to create your financial future for your family and business with confidence, ease and focus.
- Again, we will be confronted with “yes, but…” Again, we will write them down and exam them together. Some of the “yes, but…” are actually “how” questions, which we can solve them with may strategies.
- Fourth step: now drive and monitor the mile stones, road signs, and conditions and situation with the “90 day celebration ™” process.
- We will meet once every 90 days either one on one or in groups depends on where you are and what you need, to review your last 90 day plan implementation and create your next four 90 day plans.
- Depend on where you are and what you are creating the next step, we will discuss the strategies and systems you will implement, the teams you will create, the alliance you will form, and the people you will hire and train in the next 90 days.
